At Asttery™, we offer a permanent guarantee regarding the quality and authenticity of the raw materials used in our jewellery, specifically our 925 sterling silver. All of our products are made with the finest 925 sterling silver and are carefully crafted to meet high standards of quality. We stand behind the durability and authenticity of each piece, and our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

All Asttery jewellery purchases come with a 90-day warranty, effective from the date of purchase, which covers manufacturing faults and material defects. This warranty ensures that your piece remains free from defects caused during the manufacturing process. However, it does not extend to general wear and tear, damage, or mishandling.

If a fault is confirmed by our team upon assessment, we will offer a repair or replacement. If damage is due to mishandling or failure to follow care instructions, we reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.

Repairs requested beyond the 90-day warranty period will incur a repair fee, with return shipping at the customer's expense. If an item is no longer covered, we may not be able to repair or replace it.

Quality Assurance

Before any product is sent to you, it undergoes a meticulous quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. However, if you find that your charm has a defect or is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your order is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@asttery.co.nz with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description or photo of the issue
  • Proof of purchase

Our customer service team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using trackable mail, as Asttery is not liable for lost returns.

Note: Customers who received free shipping on their orders will have shipping deducted from their refund.
