All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-order items usually take 8–10 business days to arrive at our distribution centre. Once they arrive, your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are available. Please consider this when placing your order.

We recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.
