Pre-Orders

Some treasures take just a little longer to reach you, because they’re still being crafted, polished, and prepared with care.

At Asttery, we offer select pieces on a pre-order basis, allowing you to reserve jewellery that’s not yet in stock but is on its way to our studio.

Pre-order items usually take 8–10 business days to arrive at our distribution centre. Once they arrive, your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Pre-order status updates will only be available once the item reaches our distribution center. Once received, your order will be processed for shipping, and you will receive a notification with tracking details. Before this stage, no updates will be visible in the system.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are available. Please consider this when placing your order.

We recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.
